Junior Health Advocates is a healthy living educational program offered by Northside Hospital-Cherokee for children in grades K-8 in Cherokee County schools.
Each class offers a 35-minute interactive presentation, and students receive an activity book and a gift to reinforce each subject.

A two-week advance notice is required, and a one-week cancellation is requested. We ask that each school limits scheduled presentations to three per grade level per school year. When scheduling a visit, there is a minimum of at least two presentations (one hour) per school day and a maximum of 16 presentations (eight hours).
We also ask that teachers remain in the room for presentations.
